Sarah is a lifelong swimmer and coach. She has been in the water or on the side of the pool her entire life. She swam at ACEs in englewood, university of Denver - ncaa div 1 - and coached age group swimming ever since. Currently lead age group coach at Wheat Ridge Rec Center, Sarah is passionate about speed, efficiency and injury prevention. she dabbles in triathlons and loves an active lifestyle.
Certified at the rolf institute in boulder, CO 2018-2019.
